Main Work Order Navigation
The three tabs at the top of the Work Order allow you to interact with different items associated with the work order.

Services
The Services tab is where most of the detail lives in the work order.
Note: Most of the information on this tab saves automatically as soon as you enter it. This saves time and ensures that even if internet is lost, the most recent version of your work order is saved automatically.
Work Order Title - Description of the main issue you are working
Service Description - Detailed description of the work being done. This can also be augmented by clicking the Ai Assist button that will look at all the jobs in the work order and create a professional description for you.

Approval Status - Customerβs approval for the Work Order. This can be changed manually by selecting this dropdown (Pending, Approved or Declined). It can also be updated automatically if the customer approval link (sent from the Communications tab) is signed and returned.
Work Order Status - Internal status that can be changed at any time. The current Work Order status is displayed on the Work Orders page and allows for filtering the Work Orders by status.
Customer - This is the customer for this work order.

Once you have the main Work Order information populated, you can now Add Jobs to a Work Order.
