Jobs
Each Work Order can have one or more jobs. Jobs contain all the details associated with the work done and the charge for the customer. There are separate sections for Parts, Labor and Fees.
To start, click on the green “Add Job” button and a new job will appear on the page. Give the job a title (example, 4-wheel alignment) so the job contents are easily understandable.
Optionally, if you have created Canned Jobs (available under Templates/Canned Jobs), clicking the “Canned Jobs” button will open the Canned Jobs sidebar. You can easily add a Canned Job (preset Parts, Labor and Fees) to the Work Order.
