How do I create a Canned Job from a Work Order?

Bay Boss offers Canned Jobs as a way to streamline your Work Order creation. It also allows you to use a Job that’s already in a Work Order and create a Canned Job so you can use this in future Work Orders.

From inside any Work Order, you see a blue Star icon. Click on that and all the items from your Job will be copied over to your Canned Jobs list (Templates/Canned Jobs). You can then add that Canned Job to any new Work Order.

Once the Canned Job is created, the star will turn green and you will see a message that the Canned Job has been created.

You can edit this Canned Job, inside your Canned Jobs management page like any other Canned Job.
