Managing your shop’s finances shouldn’t be a headache. With Bay Boss QuickBooks integration for auto repair shops, you can seamlessly sync your customers, invoices, and payments - eliminating double data entry and keeping your records up to date.
To get started, ensure you have a QuickBooks online account. Bay Boss only integrates with the online version of QuickBooks at this time.
Integrating QuickBooks in Bay Boss
- Log into Bay Boss
- Go to Integrations (navigation on the left side of the page)
Click on the “Connect” button in the Connect your QuickBooks account section. You will be required to log into your QuickBooks online account.
Once linked, you can use all the features of Bay Boss with your QuickBooks account like importing customers from QuickBooks and sending invoices directly to QuickBooks.
To disconnect from QuickBooks, follow the same steps, but click the “Disconnect” button.
