Adding Labor Rates

Labor rates are hourly rates your shop charges for various services. These can be added from any work order and allow you to pre-select what your customers will be charged for different services. You can have as many labor rates as you need to run your shop. Once added to a Work Order Job, both the hour amount and Rate can be modified if needed.

Create Labor Rate - To create a new Labor Rate, click on the “New Labor Rate” button at the top right of the screen. You only need to provide a name and Labor Rate per hour. Optionally, you can add a description. These will all appear on any work order jobs the labor rate is added to.

Edit Labor Rate - To edit any Labor Rate, click on the 3 dots to the right of the rate. All fields can be edited. Editing a labor rate does not change Work Orders where this labor rate was previously used. It will only change Labor Rates going forward.

AI Assist - The purple AI Assist button can be used to provide additional insight when creating items to see competitive rates for various items (Labor, Pricing Matrices and Fees) for your shop type and location.
