Bay Boss allows you to choose from different views of all the Work Orders in your system. The Status view allows you to view all Work Orders by their status. Default statuses are Pending, In Progress, On Hold and Completed.
The view names, position and color can be changed inside your Bay Boss settings page to allow for customized workflow that matches your shop’s needs.
To change the status that appear, go to Settings. Scroll down to the Work Order Statuses section.
You can rename any status, change the color or order of position for each status. You can also add additional statuses, by clicking the “Add Status” button and giving it a name.
